Terms of Service

These terms explain the use of our case review website, surveys, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, and related text and email communications.

Effective date:

Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service apply to B. Spencer & Associates, P.C., doing business as The Spencer Law Firm (“Spencer Law,” “we,” “us,” or “the Firm”) and its Roblox-related case review website at spencer-law.net, related surveys and Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead forms, and associated communications.

By using the website or submitting a survey or form, you agree to these terms for that activity. Text messaging requires a separate opt-in as described below. The website, forms, and messaging program are intended for adults age 18 or older, including parents and legal guardians.

Surveys and lead forms

Our surveys and lead forms allow adults to request information or a possible case review. Participation is voluntary. Please provide accurate contact information and submit information only about yourself or someone you are authorized to assist.

After you submit a survey or lead form, the Firm may call or email about your inquiry. If you separately opt in to texts, the Firm may send a receipt confirmation, a notice that the intake team will call, or messages coordinating a callback. Communications are limited to the inquiry you submitted and the message types you agreed to receive.

Submitting a form does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance of a case, a response by a particular time, or any legal outcome.

Text messaging program

The Spencer Law Case Review Text Program sends text messages to adults who opt in. This is a non-marketing customer-care program. Messages confirm receipt of a submitted survey or form, let you know our intake team will call, or coordinate a callback about that inquiry. The program does not send promotional offers, unrelated marketing, or invitations to people who have not opted in.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, responses, and intake needs. Messages may be recurring.

Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive or send. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Messages may be sent using automated technology by the Firm or service providers acting on its behalf. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop texts or get help

To stop text messages

Reply STOP to a message from the program to cancel. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to stop by contacting the Firm using the details below. We honor other clear requests to revoke text consent as required by applicable law.

To rejoin, complete the disclosed opt-in process again.

For assistance

Reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 713-961-7770. This phone number is a support contact; send text keywords to the number that sent you the program message.

Email communications

When you request information or submit a case review survey or lead form, we may email you about that request. These emails may include acknowledgments that we received your survey or form, callback notices, requests for additional information, and scheduling or intake follow-ups. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated email marketing.

You may stop inquiry follow-ups or any commercial emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails or contacting [email protected]. You may also ask us to stop other inquiry follow-up. We honor commercial email opt-out requests within 10 business days.

SMS and email preferences are managed separately. Replying STOP cancels program texts; use the email unsubscribe option to stop those emails. To stop both, tell us through the contact details below. We will honor the scope of your request and applicable law.

Privacy and sensitive information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and shared, including information submitted through surveys and Facebook or Instagram lead forms.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in records and consent are excluded from the other information-sharing categories described in this policy. We share these records only with providers that help deliver and support our messaging service, and not for their own marketing, except where disclosure is required by law.

Please do not send a child's name, images, explicit material, detailed case narratives, or other highly sensitive information through initial advertising lead forms, ordinary text messages, or email. Contact the Firm to arrange an appropriate intake channel.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not impersonate another person, submit another person's contact information without authorization, send unlawful or abusive material, or interfere with the website, forms, or messaging systems.

Facebook, Instagram, survey platforms, and other linked services may have their own terms and privacy policies. The Firm does not control their availability or independent practices. Website or messaging access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or misuse.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required. Changes to these terms do not themselves expand your text messaging consent.
