Who this policy covers
B. Spencer & Associates, P.C., doing business as The Spencer Law Firm (“Spencer Law,” “we,” or “the Firm”), operates the Roblox-related case review at spencer-law.net. This notice also covers information you submit to the Firm through a related Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form. The Firm's general website has a separate privacy policy.
This campaign is intended for adults, including parents and legal guardians. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact the Firm.
Information we collect
When you request a case review, we may receive the name, email address, phone number, state, and answers you choose to provide in the survey or lead form. You may also provide information about an interaction involving Roblox, the age of a person affected, and how to reach you. Please provide only what the form asks for at this stage.
If you opt in to text messages, we may keep your mobile number, the consent wording shown to you, the date and source of your opt-in, and your opt-out preferences to operate the program and document your choices.
When you visit the landing page, our site and service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral information, and the time of your visit. Meta may separately provide the Firm with lead-form data and campaign information when you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram.
Please do not send a child's name, images, explicit material, detailed case narrative, or other highly sensitive information through an initial advertising lead form or ordinary email. The Firm can discuss an appropriate way to provide necessary details during intake.
How we may contact you after you submit a form
By submitting a case review survey or Meta lead form, you ask The Spencer Law Firm to review your inquiry and contact you about it using the phone number or email address you provide. The Firm or its intake team may send a receipt email, call you, or email you to request more information, discuss a possible case review, or arrange a conversation. An inquiry may be reviewed during business hours, and a response is not guaranteed by a particular time.
Submitting a survey or Facebook or Instagram lead form requests a call or email about your inquiry; it does not, by itself, authorize text messages. We send non-marketing texts only after you separately agree to receive them. These texts confirm receipt of your survey or form, let you know our intake team will call, or coordinate a callback about your request. Texts may be sent using automated technology. We do not use this program to send unrelated promotions.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or requesting a case review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact [email protected] or 713-961-7770. See our Terms of Service for the messaging program terms.
You can ask us to stop calls or emails about your inquiry through those same contact details. For commercial emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us; we honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. You may ask to stop one or all communication channels. We may retain records needed to honor your choices or meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
How we use information
- To receive, organize, and review requests for a possible legal consultation.
- To contact the adult who submitted the inquiry and coordinate intake or a callback.
- To maintain records, operate the site and survey, protect against misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To measure how advertising and the landing page perform using limited website and campaign activity.
Information in an inquiry is evaluated by the Firm or its authorized intake personnel. A form answer or automated message is not a legal opinion or a decision to accept representation.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and advertising
The landing page uses the Meta Pixel to record page views and help measure advertising. Cookies or similar technologies may collect browser, device, and visit information. Meta may use information it receives under its own terms and privacy practices. You can manage cookies through your browser and ad preferences through your Meta account; blocking cookies may affect some site features.
Our advertising tracking is intended to measure visits and campaign performance, not to transmit a child's name, survey narrative, images, or other case details to Meta. The survey itself is provided through a separate intake service. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects the information you enter on its platform and passes the submitted lead to the Firm and its intake providers.
For details about Meta's handling of data, see Meta's Privacy Policy.
Children's information
This site and its advertising forms are directed to adults, not children. A parent or legal guardian may tell us limited information about a child so the Firm can understand whether an inquiry may warrant review. Please do not identify a child or upload sensitive material in an initial form. If we learn that a child submitted personal information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.
Security and retention
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information entrusted to the Firm and limit access to people and providers who need it for intake and related operations. No website, email, or electronic storage method is completely secure. Please use the Firm's recommended intake channel for sensitive documents rather than ordinary email or a Meta lead form.
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain appropriate business or legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Retention may differ if a matter becomes a client case. The Firm's general privacy policy contains additional information about its practices.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop follow-up about your inquiry. Some requests may be limited by legal, ethical, security, or recordkeeping duties. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
For a privacy request, email [email protected] or call 713-961-7770. For a case review inquiry, contact [email protected] or call the same number.
Important legal notice
Visiting this site, submitting a form, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or speaking with intake personnel does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only if the Firm and you enter into a written agreement. Information on the site is general information, not legal advice. The Firm may decline an inquiry, and no result or recovery is promised.
The Spencer Law Firm is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation. References to Roblox identify the subject of the inquiries being reviewed and do not mean that any allegation has been proven.
Updates and questions
